Urethane Specialists is the custom urethane division of Green Rubber Kennedy Ag. We mold polyurethane rollers, wheels, sprockets, bushings and custom wear parts for a wide range of industries.
Send us a drawing, a sample or a worn part. We match the compound to the application, cut the mold if one does not exist, cast and machine the part, and ship it or hold it at the nearest Green Rubber branch for pickup.

Soft 30A coatings to 80D load bearing parts, with FDA compliant formulations for food contact and compounds built for chlorine washdown, heat, oil and abrasion.
Eight branches for pickup and return
Drop a worn roller or wheel at any Green Rubber Kennedy Ag branch from Watsonville to Yuma and pick up the rebuilt part there. Local turnaround when the line or the harvest cannot wait.
