Baggage claim carousels, make up units, inbound conveyors, airport distribution centers and parcel sorting systems all turn on small urethane wheels with bearings. They wear on a schedule, and when the OEM part is on a long lead time, the system waits. AeroPorter wheels are cast in Salinas, California and stocked in the sizes baggage and parcel systems use most, so a maintenance team can order a box, not a project.

How to order
Not sure which wheel you need? Measure the one you are replacing.
- Outside diameter. Across the face of the wheel, in inches.
- Width. Edge to edge across the tread.
- Bore. The shaft size the bearing rides on, in inches or millimeters.
- How it is used. Carousel, conveyor or sorter, and whether it carries load or guides.
Send those four things and we will match the size and durometer. If we do not have a mold, we will make one.
